Welcome to the Website of
Integrated Impact-Driven Ventures
After years of detailed planning, ongoing research, project development and refinement, plus a few global disasters like the current CCP Virus Pandemic (CoVid-19), which caused months and in some cases years of delay, we are pleased to finally begin launching what we believe will become the Mother of All Start-ups ever undertaken.
Integrated Impact-Driven Ventures Inc. (Integrated Ventures), represents a bold and innovative new approach to building a diverse group of socially responsible companies from the ground up. Integrated Ventures will be comprised of a group that collectively works together to achieve a common goal and objective - to enrich the local communities they serve and the employees who make it happen.
The business models outlined on this website are designed to operate mainly outside of the local power and water grids, and a traditional single business framework. Our primary focus is designed around building and operating a network of self-powered Impact Venture Parks (Venture Parks) that will host five of our core business models, including those listed with a brief outline below:
Plastic2Power Inc. (P2P): P2P will obtain and process local plastic packaging waste, which we consider
an endless renewable energy resource. Using a patented environmentally-friendly pyrolysis gasification
process, P2P will convert this waste into usable power (electricity) to fuel the other businesses within our owned and operated Venture Park. Excess electricity is sold into the local power grid.
Integrated Solar & UVC Systems Inc. (ISS): ISS will establish and manage the on-site solar electric panel generating farms. This includes solar rooftop panel systems, solar carport panel systems and a unique sun tracking SmartFlower system, which will also provide power to our Venture Park businesses.
HumidaPure AirWater Company Inc. (AirWater): AirWater is an atmospheric water making business that converts the humid local airflows into fresh drinking water. AirWater will develop and maintain multiple size systems to produce ample fresh water for Venture Park businesses, regional water
supplies, plus sell water under its AirWater brand locally.
Fruit & Veggie Indoor Vertical Farms Inc. (Veggie Farms): Veggie Farms is a commercial scale indoor vertical produce farm that will grow a host of fruits and produce 24/7 for local markets, restaurants and hotels. It is designed to help offset local carbon footprints resulting from the regional transportation of these items.
CityCubes Cold Storage Inc. (CityCubes): CityCubes is designed to become our local on site cold storage and ice making facility. They will be scaled to allow local businesses to store frozen items and food products cost effectively, if desired. CityCubes also intends to establish an ice delivery service for local
More about each of the above Venture Park businesses can be found on their dedicated web pages on this website. The one thing most have in common is they all require a lot of energy in the course of their operations. By making the power we need ourselves onsite, we can operate under a cost effective level and structure not currently available within most markets.
In addition to the above, we are also developing a series of unique businesses that will drive long-term growth of our core business models well into the future. These include the following:
PlugHUBS Inc. dab: AirWater PlugHUBS (PlugHUBS) was designed
to incorporate smaller versions of two of our core business models (AirWater and ISS) into a scalable high growth electric vehicle
charging center business to help promote our solar powered water
By offering a membership-based model, members will receive unlimited access to charge their electric vehicles within a fully staffed PlugHUB facility, with clean restrooms, can also pick up "Freshly Made On Site" atmospheric AirWater, coffee and even a specialty pizza. We project 500 locations by the end of 2025, and over 2,500 locations by 2030.
SkyPOD Transit Systems (SkyPODS), is a proposed solar powered aerial
transportation system designed fro serve both private and public needs.
The SkyPODS system incorporates various technologies being developed
by third parties, as well as our ISS division. The unique features of this
mode of transportation is that private SkyPODS can transport up to 8
passengers point-to-point without stopping, bypassing the regular
stops made by our 15 passenger SkyPODS running every five minutes.
The SkyPODS concept came as a result of APVG designing its proposed Hawaiian golf resort development in 2017, a project later scrapped. That SkyPOD transit system was designed to move both residents and tourists throughout the project, from hotel to area restaurants and shopping venues, from golf club to apartments or senior living center. As our focus becomes more solar-driven and electric transit based, we see huge potential in this model in the future.
The Integrated Ventures Corporate Campus Specialty Equipment Manufacturing (Integrated Campus) is our proposed multi-building office/warehouse/industrial project that will house all of our companies. They design and build all the needed equipment, fixtures and systems we need to control
quality and delivery timelines.
We have elected to build our Integrated Campus in California, due mainly to quality of life issues, the
availability of talent and fact California is pro-solar and electric vehicle, which is a large part of our overall business.
Integrated Ventures owns most of the equity in the above companies, and will operate all businesses by design. Our Founder/President/CEO Peter "AngelPreneur" Ortmann, will lead the Integrated Ventures management team through 2022, serving as the conductor of a well-orchestrated group of ventures that will each have their own experienced CEO who answers to him.
These CEO's will be be tasked to build and manage their own management teams, while working under a collective common goal. That goal, in-part, is to move toward conducting a Direct Public Offering (DPO) of our equity shares in early 2023, or once we have established the first five (5) Venture Parks, twenty-five (25) or more PlugHUB locations establishing a diversified and growing cashflow.
By design, our socially responsible business structure will offer our group-wide base of employees the opportunity to share directly in our success through a unique profit-sharing plan. Under this plan we will allocate fifteen percent (15%) of our adjusted combined net profits quarterly, into a bonus pool.
An additional ten percent (10%) of all net profits are contributed directly to APVG's private Hawaiian non-profit organization Clear Blue Oceans Foundation (CBO Foundation), to help fund its ocean issue awareness efforts and initiatives, marine conservation, addressing ocean plastic packaging waste, the need to reduce overfishing and shark fining.
In this new CoVid-19 world, with civil unrest and massive unemployment that we all now live in, building a new and exciting business model is risky. However, the opportunity to create over 2,000 plus jobs within the next three years, and perhaps over 40,000 within 10 years, is well worth the challenges that lay ahead. Stay tuned as 2020 develops and we prepare our companies for launch.

“Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the troublemakers,
the round pegs in the square holes. The ones who see things differently; they’re not fond of rules.
You can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them - because they change things.
They push the human race forward, and while some may see them as the
crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think that they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
