Clear Blue Oceans Foundation
The Clear Blue Oceans Foundation Inc. (CBO Foundation) is APVG's private Hawaiian non-profit organization. Although CBO Foundation’s primary mission and objectives are clearly rooted in environmental ocean-focused issues, it does not represent being an environmental
organization. It was designed to serve mainly as a private self-funded Hybrid non-profit that merges its many awareness initiatives and programs into one or more for profit ventures to deliver the messages that need to be heard. It is NOT currently 501 c(3) Tax-exempt nor does it accept donations. It will seek that status in 2020.
The CBO Foundation’s primary goals include, but are not limited to, addressing the growing global single-use plastic packaging waste crisis, increasing awareness of ocean plastic waste in particular and marine debris. To showcase the impacts this waste has on our coastlines, tropical islands and tropical reefs, our marine life, plus help reduce overfishing and shark fining practices.
The CBO Foundation is not anti-plastic, but it will promote and seek to educate the public on efforts to help reduce their daily use of plastic packaged items. To help shift the mindset of consumers and retailers at the source: the local level, through an aggressive platform designed to change plastic packaging patterns within stores, restaurants and product manufacturers.
The CBO Foundation, in a joint venture with APVG
intends to establish a private vineyard, winery and
resort in Santa Barbara County, California over the
next several years. They will seek to acquire a 100
plus acre existing vineyard in 2020 to build the
Aquarium Plaza Resort & Spa. a five-star hotel.
The CBO Foundation, together with Integrated Ventures, its Signature Partner, will offer solutions based on realistic expectations and address the negative social patterns that must be changed to reverse the damaging waste trends plastic packaging represents. Patterns that kill millions of fish, seabirds and marine life annually.
One of our most beneficial joint ventures with
APVG's MySandDollar$ (MSD$) online Travel
Rewards program, our core self-funding tool.

Together we can and must drive a meaningful change in the consumption
and plastic packaging waste disposal habits. Integrated Ventures is
proud to help accomplish this goal, and will share the CBO Foundation
literature and its Ocean
within its businesses.
